Position: Director of Affiliate Support

The Director of Affiliate Support (DAS) provides support, networking, and best-practice resources to our network of affiliates. This is a person who thrives on encouraging and supporting others. This is a person committed to Elevate Life’s mission, adheres to Elevate Life’s policies and procedures, and maintains high standards of professionalism and integrity.

Initial Qualification: Prior experience working in a Pregnancy Resource Center or Clinic

  • .525 Non-Exempt or 21 hours per week
  • Tuesday – Thursday 9 am to 4 pm
  • Sick time and paid holidays as per the Elevate Life employee manual.
  • Salary and benefits as per hiring agreement

Direct Supervisor: Elevate Life’s President

Responsibilities:

  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with each Executive Director and Board Chair in the affiliate network.
  • Provide support to our affiliated network of centers and clinics in the form of cutting-edge, best practice resources to equip them to be leaders in the PRC/PMC movement.
  • Facilitate bi-monthly regional leadership breakfast/ lunch meetings.
  • Plan and execute the affiliate retreat, the affiliate Christmas lunch, and Christmas gifts to our affiliates.
  • Send regular cards of personal encouragement to directors.
  • Provide initial screening and applications to potential new affiliates, and recommend new affiliates to the president.
  • Provide on-site orientation for all new affiliate directors.
  • Is responsible for keeping current profile information on each affiliate.
  • Is responsible for coordinating an annual all-affiliate board day, Workshop Wednesday webinars, Thursdays with Ginny webinar, and legislative update webinar meetings.
  • Provides annual site visits in conjunction with the director of business development to all affiliates.
  • Other duties as assigned by the president.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent relationship management and communications skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Prior work with pregnancy medical clinics and Life Coaching Certification preferred.

Position: OFFICE MANAGER

The Office Manager supports Elevate Life by serving as an administrative assistant to the President, resource for members, and managing the office. This is a person committed to Elevate Life’s mission, adheres to Elevate Life policies and procedures, and maintains high standards of professionalism and integrity.

  • .75 FTE Non-Exempt (30 hours a week) 
  • Office Hours Monday – Thursday 9 am – 4 pm

Direct Supervisor: President

Responsibilities:

Administrative

  • Provide high-level administrative assistance to the President
  • Office phone support and inquiries via email and web
  • Maintain office systems, including the phone system, computer systems, and the printer
  • Purchase and maintain office supplies
  • Route incoming mail
  • Process payroll, manage hour and PTO tracking, and assist with EOY tax reporting and compliance 
  • Responsible for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable and monthly Expensify reporting
  • Maintain postal accounts and maintain business listings with appropriate government entities
  • Responsible for bulk mail projects 
  • Provide support for annual audit with CPA (Point of contact for accountant)
  • Update the websites as necessary
  • Primary bank contact

Donors

  • Responsible for depositing check, managing investment donations, tracking online giving
  • Handles the printing of donor tax receipts, including running event and year-end tax letters
  • Responsible for donor thank you cards and letters
  • Create and run reports for the Board, President and staff as needed
  • Provide event coordination and support during annual fundraisers (typically two per year)
  • Facilitate in the preparation and management of annually awarded grant application
  • Ensure the donor platforms, Bloomerang & Qgiv, are regularly maintained and updated to facilitate backend processing and collection of up-to-date information

Members

  • Manage all aspects of the group liability and property insurance policy with the agency and members, including billing and assisting with claims
  • Point of contact for member questions; including assisting with Elevate Life Member website management
  • Oversee the annual Member Affiliation application process; including tracking and managing invoicing
  • Manage member annual Heartbeat Membership Application process and be point of contact for Heartbeat
  • Assist with annual in-person trainings
  • Aid in processing and tracking Elevate Life Awarded member grants
  • Create and oversee salary and other ad hoc surveys and reports to be utilized by Pregnancy Resource Centers

Qualifications

  • Must agree with the philosophy, policies and mission of Elevate Life
  • Ideal candidate will have 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience with CRMs, online giving platforms, QuickBooks, Google Suites, Expensify Reporting, HR management software
  • Understanding of charitable sector, Pregnancy Resource Centers and insurance industry
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Developed problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to provide support during occasional evening and weekend Elevate Life sponsored events

Patient Advocate

Options for Women – St. Croix Valley is looking for a:

  1. Patient Advocate. This position assists with all patient services, programs, and related policies and procedures in our mission to serve the abortion-minded woman. The Part-Time Patient Advocate will maintain a respectful, helpful, working relationship with all Options for Women St. Croix Valley (OFWSCV) staff, volunteers and patients.
  2. Registered Nurse. Under the general supervision of the Medical Director and in cooperation and coordination with the Executive Director, the Nurse oversees all aspects of medical services at OFWSCV; performs direct and indirect nursing interventions. The Nurse will maintain a respectful, helpful, working relationship with all OFWSCV staff and volunteers and will help fulfill the mission of OFWSCV.
  3. RDMS(Sonographer). Provide 1st trimester obstetric ultrasounds, and 2nd trimester ultrasounds when requested by the Medical Director, according to the center’s protocol.
