Elevate Life is a life-affirming, non-profit organization that provides our affiliated network of pregnancy resource centers and clinics the support and services they need to thrive and help build up a culture of life in their communities.
Position: Executive Director
Reporting to the Board of Directors, this full-time position will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for staff, programs, and execution of Elevate Life’s mission.
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
- Provide vision and leadership to ensure program excellence in all member services
- Determine and ensure compliance with timelines and resources needed to achieve strategic goals
- Ensure effective systems to track programs and initiatives
- Attend board meetings as a non-voting board member
Fundraising & Communications:
- Expand revenue-generating and fundraising activities to support existing program operations and approved developments
- Build partnerships with donors and political and community leaders throughout the geographical network
- Serve as the primary spokesperson to the organization’s constituents, the media, and the general public
- Deepen and refine all aspects of communications—from web presence to external relations
Financial:
- Ensure accurate and complete financial and accounting records of the organization
- Ensure that financial goals are achieved and operating expenses are within budget
- Work with the Board in the preparation of the annual budget
- Ensure that financial controls are met
Human Resources:
- Hire and manage Elevate Life staff to create a cohesive, well-working team
- Conduct performance appraisals and implement corrective action, if needed
Qualifications:
- Must be thoroughly committed to Elevate Life’s mission
- BA or BS with 5+ years’ experience (preferably in a nonprofit membership organization) and a track record of effectively leading a nonprofit membership organization
- Strong marketing, public relations, grant writing, and fundraising proficiency with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
- A persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent communication skills
- Action-oriented and adaptable with a proven ability to work in collaboration with diverse groups
Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000 annually, based on education and experience

Clinic Nurse (RN)
Options for Women East is looking for a part-time (8-26 hours per week) Licensed Clinic Nurse at their clinic in St. Paul. The Clinic Nurse helps fulfill the Options for Women East’s mission of assisting women to make wise-educated choices and give support during their entire pregnancy journey. This is done by providing quality services related to pregnancy, STI testing, education, and full prenatal care. Experience in prenatal care and/or labor and delivery is preferred.
