Elevate Life provides our affiliated network of Pregnancy Resource Centers and Clinics with the training, resources, support, and thought-leadership they need to thrive and build up cultures of life in communities all across Minnesota and Western Wisconsin.
Elevate Life provides its Affiliate Executive Directors with an initial 2-day orientation, bi-monthly leadership meetings which include a key-note speaker addressing areas critical to serving clients, regional monthly collaborative leadership meeting, 4 to 5 annual full-day workshops focusing on specific topics critical to their success, and daily access to the Elevate Life support staff by phone, email or in-person. And most importantly an annual 2-day leadership Refresh, Renew and Recharge Retreat featuring a national speaker.
Elevate Life provides its Affiliate Board of Directors with training in Non-Profit Excellence, Fundraising, Community Outreach, Marketing and offers Strategic Planning consultation and facilitation at no cost. And grants to fund expansion and special projects they would otherwise be unable to complete.
Elevate Life provides its Affiliate Medical Staff with an annually updated Medical Standards of Practice Manual, quarterly medical staff meetings led by a member of our Medical Advisory Council and access to leading edge medical practices for Pregnancy Resource Clinics.
Elevate Life provides its Affiliates with both initial and ongoing training for all client-facing services available across our network. Training’s include topics such as;
Understanding Women Considering Abortion, Exploring and Understanding Options, Trauma-Informed Care, Healthy Relationships, Transformational Change, Life Coaching, Legal Issues, Medical Services, Non-Profit Excellence, Medical Standards and Best Practices, Responding to Adverse Fetal Diagnosis’s, Understanding Adoption, Sex-Trafficking Intervention, Pre-Crisis Intervention, and Presenting Healthy Relationships in Public Schools
